Which heat pumps are PVT-ready?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n

PVT-ready<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Brine\/water heat pumps that are specifically suitable for operation with PVT collectors are considered PVT-ready.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For a heat pump to be considered PVT-ready, it must be able to operate within a wide source temperature range, among other criteria. In Germany, a range of approximately -15\u00b0C to +70\u00b0C is typically cited for this. Furthermore, the control system plays an important role in safely handling temperature peaks and intelligently managing different heat sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PVT collectors not only supply electricity but also serve as a heat source for the heat pump. The absorbed solar and environmental heat is transferred to the brine via a heat exchanger and fed into the heat pump system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
