Cooling = more power
A channel structure with water-glycol solution flowing through it cools the PV module.
Utilise electricity & heat
In addition to the electricity generated, the waste heat from the cooling system is also utilised.
Largest PVT Caport system in Germany
A carport system was put into operation on the IKEA car park in Berlin-Waltersdorf in May 2025. A total of the following were installed 640 PRISMA® PVT 4.0 modules and additionally 324 PV modules.

The Prisma® PVT collectors also provide an economical and self-sufficient energy supply for your building. Operation of electric heating elements, heat pumps, regeneration of geothermal probes, power supply for the electric car or the house in conjunction with solar batteries.
