This is how it works:
PRISMA® PVT modules generate electricity and heat at the same time - directly on the roof of your facility. The energy generated can be used directly where it is needed: to heat water for patient rooms, showers and laundries, to heat buildings and to support ventilation and cooling systems.
The systems can be seamlessly integrated into existing heating systems or serve as a regenerative thermal source for conversion to heat pumps in existing buildings. In new builds, large heat pumps can be supplied with source energy and, as a bivalent system with a ground source, form a highly efficient system that permanently prevents probe bore fields from cooling down. This creates a stable, scalable and fail-safe system - ideal for facilities with permanently high energy requirements.
